Lawrence County Science Fair 2017

Our 2017 Lawrence County Science Fair

Our 2017 Lawrence County Science Fair, which was held Feb. 2, 2017, was a great success!!

Congratulations to all of our winners!  Everyone did an outstanding job.  We here at the ESC would like to give a special “thank you” to South Point Middle School for being our host school this year.  They did a wonderful job in helping us to have a successful fair.   Also, a very special “thank you” to the judges, teachers, principals, and parents who are dedicated to this most worthwhile event.

Seven school districts from around the county participated in the science fair.  Students from the 5th thru the 8th grades came from South Point, Fairland, Chesapeake, Ironton, Rock Hill, Dawson-Bryant and St. Lawrence to participate.  This year we had 124 individual projects and 8 team projects for a total of 140 students participating in the county science fair.
